We can upgrade or re-program your system as required, or add cordless or VOIP capability. If you want to advertise to customers whilst on hold, we can tailor messages using popular household names. If you want to record your calls or simply log all your calls, we can help.
If you need site-to-site connectivity we will describe the options and recommend the solution which best fits your business. We regularly work with leased lines, fibre optics, microwave transmission and of course traditional copper wires.

Mobile phones are crucial for most businesses. The mobile networks recognise this and offer dedicated Business tariffs and access to dedicated Customer Service helpdesks, tailored to the specific needs of the business community.
We can provide mobile phones and connect you to most networks' dedicated Business tariffs. We are not tied to any vendor or network and are completely independent.
If you have a recent phone system or are installing a new one, there are methods of "pairing" your desk phone and your mobile phone so that you can be contacted conveniently using one number only. This can be useful for homeworking as well as simply people who are frequently mobile.
